AWG architects was founded in 1976 by the well-known architect Bob Van Reeth and today, the office can boast of a long and rich tradition.

For the Rosehill building, they were inspired on one hand by the rich Brussels architecture from the 1930s and took an example from the Villa Empain which has a generous urban villa style with beautiful art deco features such as round facades that envelop a stately entrance. On the other hand, the industrial heritage
